A 80A nimon ötvözet (UNS N07080/W.Nr. 2.4952 & 2.4631) kicsapható, keményedő ötvözet, kiváló szakítószilárdságú magas hőmérsékleten
(815 °C-ig). Gázturbina-alkatrészekhez (lapátok, gyűrűk és tárcsák), csavarokhoz, atomkazáncső-tartókhoz, fröccsöntő betétekhez és magokhoz, valamint autók kipufogószelepeihez használják. A hajók és tartályok dízelmotorjainak kipufogószelepei főként Nimonic 80A-ból készülnek. A Nimonic 80A nagy hőállósággal és nagy szilárdsággal rendelkezik magas hőmérsékleten.
